Returns and refunds

Every Aurora Luna piece is handmade in small batches or made to order, and many pieces are made specifically in your chosen size.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, or personal preference once your piece has gone into production.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started yet, we’ll do our best to help.

As each piece is made by hand, small differences in texture, enamel colour, oxidation and finish may occur. We think these little variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll take a look and make it right — this may be through a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Items damaged through normal wear, improper care, accidental damage or unauthorised repairs or alterations are not eligible for a refund.

If the issue is caused by us, we’ll also take care of the return shipping where required.
