Shipping and delivery

Every Aurora Luna piece is handcraft in small batches or made to order, so please allow around 3 weeks for your piece to be made before it is shipped.

All orders are shipped from Singapore.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the courier service. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is on the way.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice any mistake, just get in touch with us as soon as possible.
