Welcome to Aurora Luna. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

We’ve kept them as simple as possible — they’re here to make sure both you and our little studio know what to expect.

Orders

Most Aurora Luna pieces are made to order or handmade in small batches.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. Please check your order details, shipping address, ring size and any selected options carefully.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in unusual circumstances, such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues or an order we are unable to fulfil. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded.

Handmade Pieces

Each Aurora Luna piece is made by hand.

Small differences in enamel colour, oxidation, texture, polishing, placement and finish are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Product photos are intended to represent the piece as accurately as possible, but your finished piece may not be completely identical to the one shown.

These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.

Ring Sizes & Custom Options

Please make sure you select the correct ring size or custom option when ordering.

If you are unsure of your size, we recommend having your finger professionally measured before placing your order.

Pieces made specifically to your selected size may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because the wrong size was chosen.

If we make the item in a size different from the size you ordered, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time due to changes in material costs, production costs or other factors. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid.

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

Production Time

Because our jewellery is handmade rather than pulled from ready-made stock, please allow approximately 3 weeks for your piece to be made before shipping.

Some pieces may take a little longer depending on complexity, materials or unexpected production delays. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to let you know.

Shipping

All Aurora Luna orders are shipped from Singapore.

Delivery times depend on your destination and the courier or postal service used.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delays caused by customs, weather, postal services or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally happen.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless specifically stated otherwise, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our pieces are made specifically for each customer, our return policy is different from that of a large retail store.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. In Singapore, goods sold in the course of business are subject to legal standards including satisfactory quality, taking into account the description, price and circumstances.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery can naturally change over time with wear.

Sterling silver may tarnish, oxidised finishes may gradually change, and enamel may be damaged by strong impact, abrasion or improper care.

Normal wear, accidental damage or damage caused by improper use or care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

All Aurora Luna jewellery designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, product names and website content belong to Aurora Luna unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, sold or used commercially without our permission.

You’re very welcome to share our work on social media — please credit or tag Aurora Luna when possible. ♡

Website Information

We try our best to keep product descriptions, prices and photographs accurate.

Occasionally, there may be a typo, technical error or incorrect information. If we discover a significant error affecting your order, we’ll contact you and work with you to resolve it.

Events Beyond Our Control

Sometimes things happen that a small studio genuinely cannot control — courier disruptions, customs delays, severe weather, supply shortages or other unexpected events.

We won’t be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we’ll always do our best to help and keep you updated.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We only use the information reasonably needed to process your order, communicate with you and operate our shop.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s country.

If there is ever a problem, please contact us first. We’d always prefer to sort things out person-to-person where possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Aurora Luna grows or our shop changes.

The latest version will always be available on this website.
